URGENT NOTE! On February 1st, 2024, we started hearing from customers that their extra storage purchased directly from Google had been "Refunded", and their extra storage removed. This has effected several of our clients, forcing us to upgrade to a higher plan in order to maintain the storage they were previously purchasing per user. This issue is likely effecting thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands of users that use Google or Gmail for email, storage, etc. We are working hard to find what options we have to remedy this unexpected change, and will help our clients navigate it as fast as possible.
